It is not a post office open to the public for counter activities. It is active only for the withdrawal of fines. It is a post office, from which postmen leave in the morning

1 hour waiting at the counter to send a package. 2 open counters and 30 people in the queue !!! But we are out of the world !!! Ah no we are right in Italy .... god pig !!

If at least they answered the phone it would be an almost bad service. So it's just awful. One star, but this one too

The postman of the area in Borgoratti is probably illiterate since he had to deliver a package to me on 14/8 and I discovered that he did not deliver it to me writing that I was closed for holidays while I was in the workshop and anyway there was a sign in my door with written on a possible other alternative address where you can deliver the package, the sign with the word closed for holidays was in the gate next to mine which is blue while mine is gray. Having said that I can say ....... learn how to work caproni.

Dear Sirs, I do not care that the reviews are visible to everyone, but to the managers of the service or whoever for them, in the hope of having the problems reviewed resolved. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS! ... only the "cancel" button works! the toll for "public" is at least one star!
