Italian Post Office Post

Nice aircon, but long wait and slow service. Wouldn’t recommend.

They are exasperatingly slow !!! After an hour of waiting I asked for a free medium box and they only had it large. Last year I needed a large one and they only had it medium ... a large post office has to keep its warehouse stocked !!! External ATM counter for withdrawals out of service from the night before ... very slow employees. I give a star but ... it's too much! If you come to Romagna we will show you how it works ..

Post office with incompetent employees, even when they realized that the mistake had been caused by an incompetent employee, they always tried to give themselves reason, to cover up the mistakes, to collect an Amazon package that had been sent to the post office, without deliver it to them, I had to take it, a very trivial thing I just had to pick up the package, the clerk informed me that the parcel had the letter holder, then I was looking for traceability that Amazon already knew had arrived at the office, despite everything was enough the name that was written on the package to be able to receive it. The clerk also told me that he was not going to the store to look for my package only with the name, because there were 500 packages and he was disturbed, then at the end of the whole mess the package was on a shelf behind him that are those that the users themselves collect it, not the ones who have to deliver them, who will be in some other warehouse in the office, a three-minute thing that could be managed more quickly and quietly, thanks to the incompetence of personnel not adequate that he didn't even know that the parcels at retreat are behind the employee himself, coincidentally every time I went to the post the same employee always had to say with other people who knows why, not even the director takes charge of understanding what is happening in his post office, you never go forward, you always stay behind.
