Arrogant slow and grumpy..1 star is too much but less is not possible

will be that I have never found a queue or in any case reasonable waiting times, in any case qualified and attentive staff.

Sometimes even with 2 people in front you have to wait even more than half an hour for how slow they are. And in the meantime you can't even surf the net as they don't have wi fi, unlike many other mails.
