One star is too much. Bad telephone service. Nobody NEVER answers and then is busy. He calls again and they don't answer. Sucks! Impossible to contact this office.

One star is too much. They never answer the phone and when very rare time I answer they are very annoying and without grace. Stay away ii.

Rude and arrogant manager of staff (Trani center), she raises her voice and behaves as if the Italian post office were her property, she does not put the mask on the job as per regulation in public offices. To avoid!

I did not understand exactly how the shift reservation system works for the counters. I saw people come in after me and leave before me in record time. I highly recommend reviewing this system, following at least reservations depending on the ticket issuing time.
