Not even one star! Operator arrogant and impolite!

My experience was very bad from the beginning, I waited outside the door of the agency in the heat for ten minutes, because no one answered the intercom and they only opened me after calling. Although I had booked the car weeks before, the agent of the agency wanted to give me a Fiat Panda which on the website was of a lower range and smaller than the one booked, claiming that by providing us the 4x4 version it would have been larger than the classic. Insisting he gave us a car of the reserved category, even though they were in possession of that chosen by us online. He gave us the keys to the car and showed us which one it was, without making a patrol of the vehicle and without any explanation and went to other customers. According to him, the car was sanitized, but in truth the vacuum cleaner had not even been passed, the windows were also dirty inside and the car had numerous signs of bump and various signs of venice of other colors, between the seats there is they were litter, a lighter and a vial of medicine. A few minutes after picking up I parked the car and made a video to testify the condition of the car. On the day of delivery we were greeted by another employee (rude and arrogant), who pointed out that the car had the aforementioned signs on the bodywork and would report them, but reassuring us that they would not charge us because we had entered into a contract insurance without deductibles. After showing him the video he told us that it was our fault that we had not reported the status of the car at the time of collection and they were unable to do so due to lack of staff due to covid. I settled the bill by promising myself that I would never rent a car with Europcar again and would return to the competition (MAJOR CAR RENTAL) where I was always greeted with kindness and treated with extreme professionalism. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We applied to the insurance and to the dealer (all wolkswagen) where we took out a replacement car (they stole the wheels from my boyfriend's car and the dealer said it would take him 1 week to give it back). After two days of practice they send us here to receive the courtesy car for free and when they arrive they tell us that we would have had a panda for four days at € 17.90 a day because we are not over 25 years old. We practically should have rented it. Incredible then that there are customers of series A and series B based on age and not on the points on the license (since neither I nor my boyfriend have ever committed accidents or infractions or taken fines and he has a license for more than 5 years). Now I don't know whose fault it is but this is our experience.

Quick service and kind and professional staff

I rented a van, but it seemed that no one had washed it for six months, I had to go home vacuuming in the passenger compartment and in the load compartment not to mention the outside, I just hope it is a summer mix-up, but anyway a service really poor.
