Attitude so bad never willing to help foreigners.

Increasingly poor service. With the restrictions for Covid instead of allowing online booking, they did the opposite: they removed the tickets so everyone, including the elderly, had to queue up outside the offices. Exactly the opposite of what needs to be done

They are rude. They send out in a snooty tone. It is a state service and has no quality. They have to thank that the post offices are state-owned otherwise they would lose their jobs.

Being a customer, I did not expect that I could not make a SEPA transfer, even though I was not the holder. After queuing for two long days. Once because of the blocked system, the second time because of the employee of the mail, who refused saying that he would have lost his job if he had made the transfer. I went to another post. Asking if they needed the documents to make a SEPA transfer, because they weren't needed, and I was able to proceed with the payment. We don't behave like that with people. If you don't want to deal with the public, ask for a move to other tasks !!!
