They have absorbed HR PARCEL who delivers bad service. The web is full of negative reviews and scams continue to date. I called SailPost to get news about a delivery entrusted by KASANOVA to HR PARCEL they said they were soliciting delivery but nothing happened after 3 days. I called SailPost a second time and they told me that since they are a call center they couldn't do anything ... I have a package that has been "sailing the ether" for a month now, but 3 of them can't tell me where it is. Meanwhile, HR PARCEL continues to insert TOTALLY INVENTED shipping status updates such as yet another: "... recipient absent ..."

Very good, they are always friendly and kind, the shipments always make them leave quickly, they also help you with packages ... Really good, the only flaw is the national sail post shipping service which needs to improve but this is not their fault but of the national headquarters. For the rest everything is perfect
