Living abroad, it is not possible for me to come often for post office services. February 2020 I had tried after 3 visits to the post office to close a booklet in vain. I'll try again today, in the queue outside 8.15, at 9.30 am it communicated that only essential services are carried out because there are two of them, but could it not have been communicated at the opening? How do I know when I can come and close the booklet? Magic ball? Work a little on improving customer communication!

I do not recommend .. really, even if I don't go here anymore, I prefer to go further away because the door always failed for 3 years

Polite and competent staff in doing their job, they made me return two parcels even though I was slightly overtime and even if the parcel was not very well closed they arranged it with their scotch from the Italian post office. Employees are very efficient and helpful.
