A bad manager, not at all professional, to talk to him I had to wait for him to come back because he was around, once I returned I asked for information to retrieve the money I was withdrawing but, for distraction, I didn't have time to take from the Monte Paschi branch. On the display came out written GOING TO HIS OWN INSTITUTE, being a postepay I went there, to be told after a long wait and between various pseudo-funny jokes that I had to go to the monte paschi di siena bank and not from them. Result? I lost a week of time with the bank and then I heard that No, the automatic teller was right, it is the mail that must send the request to the bank. Only in Italy do you see people occupying respectable places without even knowing what, when and how to carry out their duties.

Long waits for any practice, wrapped do not know how to solve the problem and invent absurd excuses to justify their ... or do not want to work .. Or no knowledge of the subject .. Where in another post office the problem is solved without problems. ... do not go there .. 4 times out of 5 the problem or you do not solve it or you take a lifetime and are also rude ...
