Excellent office, courtesy and attention for the customer are at home. Great professionalism of all the staff at the counter, ready for valuable advice for any bureaucratic problem and to get you to the investment advice room. Highly recommended.

One of the slowest stakes I know. I have lived in the area for almost 5 years, so I go there for the movements or for the registered mail that they never deliver. Last time (today, January 17, 2020) I happened to make a deposit and the ticket counter appeared very annoyed by making somewhat annoying gestures from behind the counter. If you are unable to stay in touch with customers, give way to more competent people and / or those who need to work.

I find in the mailbox a notice of stock when I have never been called or intercomed when the courier arrives, obviously having seen the quarantine period I was at home so I find the notice of stock absurd from 8.20 am I try to get in touch with me on time where employees should already answer calls, but still no one can answer me
