Helpful and friendly
Good afternoon, I wanted to ask since yesterday I called them at the post office from you and you told me that since January 5th you will be making free status certificates, I wanted to know if a person can do the free status certificate even if he is not a resident of Rome. Thanks a lot to those who will answer me.
2 operators only and very slow. This situation has lasted for months and every day, generating impressive files, for a mail that should cover a huge popular area. Every time they have an excuse. Furthermore, many operations were excluded today. Compliments.
Gen.Le Director, I am writing to make them like this in such a sensitive time even small injustices are amplified and give way to an already strong malaise that each of us is living. Today I went to your post office to pay a bill. I lined up for 30 minutes, and you almost closed my turn and left about ten people out. What hurt me was the way, you just closed, without worrying about how many people were in line and for some time, no employee came out to check, put a stop, say "let's finish the people present", and close total, absolute disrespect.
