Some employees are really unprepared, I put two stars, because not all employees are as unprepared as the one who replied today that postecert no longer exists since 2017, I insisted telling him that I used this service regularly, even if a few times a year , he told me it was impossible, a looked to the right and his colleague nodded. The other times at the counter I found more casual employees, in particular the "ladies" are more brilliant. .. honestly I feel dissatisfied because it is not possible that when you need, many times they do not know what you are talking about. The office of San Giacomo is much better, where competence and a smile are at home ...

Good or bad performance? It depends on who is at the counter who welcomes you! In financial orientation they put a prolix clueless who did not know products that should suggest. At the counter, however, only 30% are capable and deserve what they earn.

Without desire to work. Appointment with Valerio caranzetti (loan request) which sends me back to a consultant who wears glasses (if you happen to forget it). Talk, talk but don't do the job it needs to do. Unqualified staff ... (especially rude and rude, arrogant tones) probably recommended by someone .... who do not even know what they are combining them besides sitting and taking money at the end of the month. IGNORANCE AND MALEDUCATION of Neptune the name suitable for this place. In my opinion, the Italian post office loses image because of people who work here. (p.S.
