Current account active for 6 years we ask for a subrogation of the mortgage and after pounds of documents (some also for a fee) and months for the evaluation of the request, we are all denied because our mortgage was inclusive of liquidity. But couldn't they tell us earlier? It was a saving of time and money. Not very transparent.

I can't believe anyone could define the employees of the post office in anzio centro, rude ... I have never found unavailability on their part, they are kind, respectful, professional, and it takes a huge patience to do the job they do!

For some months now the anzio centro post office has been run by very unprofessional staff. The tellers have poor attitudes to their role and those who manage them are certainly not up to it. I wonder why a body like post does not evaluate its staff well and make people who are decidedly not very competent and very rude work.

And 'it was the pitiful scene that I had to attend the post office center of Anzio. I wonder how it is possible for a company as a post office to leave the direction of an office in the hands of a person who would certainly be excellent in carrying out a completely different job. I think I was clear about what I mean. Rudeness and rudeness reign in that office. But no manager takes action?
