Yesterday I booked the ticket with the app to avoid queuing since I have a 4 month old baby girl, this morning 9/11/20 I go to the post office and find it closed with a notice that today the same was closed due to technical problems. Notify or at least not give the possibility of booking is the minimum .. I am more and more speechless!

They represent the highest expression of professionalism within the Italian Post Office that I have ever met.
good post office: always welcoming and prepared staff, clean rooms, short stays.
Courteous operators, in some cases very long waiting times. Here there is the only ATM in Tor San Lorenzo, as a result it can happen to find up to thirty people lined up under the sun.
