You can't get worse than this, obviously as already said by everyone they do not answer the phone, I am waiting for a 4-day package and for 4 days on the website, from tracking, I read: In the Lucca branch, delivery not made. All the time always like this .. I believe that they make the parcels a sort of seasoning, in such a way as to make the parcels they deliver of superior quality ...

When I read the bad reviews I didn't want to believe it, but unfortunately I have to add mine too. All day I called and I received no answer, and after a day at home waiting for an important package, I read the traceability on the site and in a strange case it says that they were unable to deliver due to the malfunction of the vehicle. Absolutely not credible.

first day of delivery ie Friday they call me telling me that the courier is actually in another city, so they try again on Monday. yet on the address there is the c.a.p. Monday I get the message "attempted delivery," strange since I was at home, maybe I do not hear the bell or even the dog that always barks at anyone approaching the gate, then control on the camera that records right on the gate and 15min no one can be seen before and after 15 minutes. well then I call to hear where the courier is, if he tells me where he is I take the car and I go to him, but ...... at 1:30 pm they close so that you don't call anyone. call the switchboard that answers from Tirana and tells you that the attempts are finished calling after 17:30 to find out where the package will go in storage. There's also the tel number on the expedition, and do a cabbage call like all the other couriers do, so I received the delivery and they had finished a job ...

they are unable to do their job. do not deliver, delays and impossible excuses. should be closed. sign a star because I can't give less
