I am speechless, the package has been standing in the warehouse for over a week and no one brings it to me! It is impossible to contact them on the phone, those in the call center tell me they can't do anything (are we kidding ???) and the number of Lucca always gives me busy. SHAME

Shamefully, they put my package in storage without ever trying to deliver it. They are not reachable by phone, I had to go to the Lucca office to collect my package when I had paid for the extra shipping. P E S S I M I !!!! THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE.

Less than one star I can not give, but it would be from scratch. Parcel in stock for at least four days. I have written in bold above the package the opening hours of the shop where the delivery was to be made, which obviously they have not looked at in the least, and then I received the notification of attempted delivery. Something really absurd, plus non-existent customer service.

Shamefully, no one can be contacted, national parcel has not yet arrived after 15 days, they have left an accusation and no one has been seen again even after authorizing the return via the website, no one ever answers on the phone. Change jobs

Bad service, couriers who do not even ring the bell to make sure that the customer is there, they leave notices of stock without even doing their job ... what can I say bad !!!! Do not rely on them ... moreover the CALL center !!!
