Quite hard to find, off a little side street with only a very small plaque outside to indicate it's interior. The doorway is sunken well back but inside it is clean and spacious. It was very busy the morning we went and the queue moved slowly. Once we were served, it was efficient to the point of bluntness.

This SOB is not open on Sunday's. Thanks to some jackwad for posting bad info. I love carrying packages around for an hour because some frigging smelly tourist doesn't know their damn days of the week. No talent ass clowns.

No numbers like the other offices. Just line up, so you have an hour for both a pickup and a shipment of a package. Staff not very prepared, they ask each other things or leave you there and go to see the director because they often do not know the procedures.

Reduced hours in the morning (up to a year ago it also opened a few afternoons), internal ATM and therefore not usable when the office is closed, very short staff with long waits ... Not much different the situation in the other offices in the historic center , some also closed like that in piazzale roma which was the only one well structured compared to a city like Venice.

New, modern, very spacious, probably oversized compared to the needs and other more important offices Not all environments are operational, the counters still work after a long interruption due to covid with 2 employees, with only morning hours, there is also a advice box, occasional, and a postamat not accessible, however, when the office is closed.
