I was in the post office in central Venice on Friday morning and I must say they were really kind and helpful. In particular, I was served by Salvatore a really smart, polite and smart guy, he solved some situations that in other post offices have not been able to solve me. Congratulations to the office, the ever-present manager and her staff.

Last Wednesday 15 July 2020 I was at the central post office in Venice in the afternoon after work where I found a very unprofessional operator at the counter who was not at all helpful in my request for Isee on an old pension book of my joint mother with me. He only had to make the declaration of average stock of his competence and he did not do it by sending me to the post office of the ex piazzale roma station. Shameful person and also annoyed by request that he does not know how to do his job and puts the public in great difficulty. I will definitely speak with the central post office in Venice to report this lady.Unfortunately I don't know her name but I know for sure that she has already had previous reports from the public and continues to work there even though I think she has been picked up several times.

I have never seen a worse place than this, rude cashier in an impressive way, I do not understand how whoever directs that place can be so indifferent to all this ... obviously he will be incapable too .. the only thing he did x solve the problem given the many complaints of people, and it was to remove the machine with the smilies that people used to expose their incompetence and rudeness, since at the end of the day there were only negative comments ... evvai solved the problem ,, great manager ... to be promoted 🙈🙈🙈🙈😡😡😡😡😡😡
