Rude, lazy, and incredibly slow. Severely understaffed. The people who work here have no consideration of others’ time. Terrible, absolutely terrible.

12 months with the POSTAMAT OUT OF SERVICE seems to me really excessive ... difficult to explain even in a country where citizens are alas "used" to certain slowness. A great inconvenience for resident account holders and for the many workers / students who frequent the area.

There is a gentleman who is on the verge of courtesy..I had to pick up a parcel and he was already making a fuss, he told me that they did not pick up that day and to return the next day. Too bad they returned the next day they were closed ... not even notify eh

The productivity of these public employees is shameful. They do everything not to do. I wonder, isn't there anyone else more deserving?

Postamat off / not working for several weeks. There is neither a sign indicating the malfunction nor a repair forecast!
