Racist. The lady in charge of shipping lost my package. Without the tracking number and without a receipt (which is illegal !!!!!). No excuses, full of lies.

I believe that the people who work in this place do not realize the fortune they have to get a salary. Perhaps they should reflect more on this fact and realize that kindness when you work in contact with the public, it is not an option. It should not be surprising if people then choose to go elsewhere: in banks or in private companies. Good luck to the Post Office, if this is your staff!

With me the staff was very professional and kind. A few minutes later comes a young boy, clearly inexperienced postal practice to ask a question on an expedition and a lady lampadata with hair to his shoulders dyed reddish brown and dark-rimmed glasses, turns contemptuously toward the boy, humiliating him with specific questions to make him understand that he was wasting his time. I found it free and aggressive. There are different ways to express themselves and I think that despite the crisis of middle age you can teach education to young people staying educated in turn. Congratulations, madam.

Bad management. Closed doors. On 5 only 2 or 1 open. Long files. At least an hour of waiting. Not recommended.

Incredible incapacity and unkindness of the staff. Baffling. Incapable and rude employees. Instead, thanks to the lady who is a "consultant" who solves problems with courtesy and skill ... take care of her directly, save yourself time and a headache.
