45 minutes to send a registered letter, because one counter is blocked by requests for documents, etc., while the other counter does not accept registered letters, obviously ... only in Italy!

Arrogance and cafoneria. They ask me for documents to withdraw judicial documents and suggest that they are false. We missed anything I called the police.
