This post office is outrageous. The queue is always interminable, waiting times are very long. There is not a shred of parking and the street in front of the office is totally chaos. The employees would also be courteous and competent but are often exasperated. In addition to all this it should be added that even the users are not the best ... Practically every time I go there there is someone who starts screaming or cursing, others who try to skip the line or who start arguing with each other. A real disaster in every respect.

Too bad I can't put 0 stars, certainly with 40 degrees at 2 pm I have to queue up abroad to take the number and stay under the scorching sun when I could very well take the number immediately and take shelter outside in the shade until it is time to me, what a genius this director !! And we have to take care of the elderly, not even one of the staff who goes out to check that there are people with special needs who cannot stay even for 5 minutes under the sun. Complimentoni !!

I go to pay a check for my child's minor passbook and I am told by the director to go after 10 days to update the balance on the paper passbook. 10, 20 pass until a whole month passes and of these money no trace .. Do I call the exchange for information and what am I told? That the check I paid is higher than the maximum limit that a minor passbook can contain. Having said that who has given the post of director to an incompetent like this? I strongly advise against this post office.

I think it's the worst post office I've ever visited. At this particular moment of contagion, no control for the external line but rather a gathering to the limits of legality for which I will reserve the right to make a complaint to the competent authorities. Disorganization is clear, a customer .... because we would be customers! does not know if there is a file if there is a number to be taken .. which, however, are not distributed .. why? You could take the number and go out..too for this organization ...... And we, we should put our savings here ?????
