Post office that does not work and does not pay the slightest attention to the user despite internal errors committed by the operators. In particular, I was denied a withdrawal of a parcel by registered mail on the first day of the withdrawal described in the stock notice left, only because it was wrong by the operator who wrote the aforementioned notice. Such a thing is unthinkable nowadays. Italian Post is once again too obsolete and disrespectful compared to other subjects operating in the sector. I hope that the "competitor" will soon be able to wipe out Poste Italiane and his employees too sure of the positions held, without having any interest in welcoming, respecting and resolving the problems of the users.
