About a week before Christmas, I sent, via the Mail Boxes etc. of Corato, of packages containing gifts, to my relatives in Italy and in Germany. Parcels arrived within 48 hours maximum (despite the pre-Christmas period). The withdrawal from my home and the packaging of gifts made by the personnel of the Mail Boxes of Corato. Impeccable service, great price (the best compared to other public and private sector competitors) Give the highest marks.

Three parcels of a total value of almost 1000 euros "disappeared" for 7 days, never arrived at their destination (corato-Turin). Considering also the lack of availability and the kindness of the owners (despite their responsibility in this circumstance) I would say that the service does not deserve even a star but unfortunately it is not possible to review with a lower score. INQUALIFIABLE SERVICE.

Bad. Rude, arrogant and unwilling to solve problems encountered during shipments made through them. Packagings, overpaid, that do not hold up the journey. Although they are not directly responsible for the problem, they allow themselves to be answered badly when they are addressed to them, politely, to know how to solve.
