However, 3-4 months have passed, I have no received any form of compensation or response whatsoever. They have been avoiding the refund since.

Owner rude, rude and without the least respect for the customer. On the phone we were told one thing and another in person about the prices and days available. Once we arrived in person after several appointments several times moved by them that created inconvenience and made us lose the morning, we asked for explanations on why the quote on the phone did not coincide and the lady treated us fish in the face even throwing a calculator. Bad service, as if they were doing you a favor (we have been told clearly: "I'm doing you a favor") when instead it is a service that you pay handsomely because the prices they offer are not at all low. We felt mortified, we just wanted to spend a few days in peace. I strongly advise against!
