Too much wait..not because of the staff who are three, when you have 6 branches.

An average of 20 minutes per person each counter ... 6 counters but 3 postal employees ... if they paid them after the procedure, the average would be 20 seconds per person .. goodbye meritocracy .........

In theory you should have a priority if you have an open account but nothing .. Staff very helpful though !!
