Morini Rent Potenza - Noleggio Auto e Furgoni

Unfortunately I have to make a negative review because I was the victim of a misadventure that I report below: I hired a Passat SW at the Morini Rent agency in Potenza last February. I omit that I was given a machine without internal and external cleaning. I also omit that as soon as the machine was delivered it had an electrical system failure so I had a machine downtime of about three hours. Note that on the morning of the following day the machine did not restart and was picked up from the tow truck and taken to the authorized workshop for repair with another 9 hour machine downtime. I should add that the return of the rental end should have taken place at 18.00 on the day 1/03/2020 which falls on Sunday and being the rental agency closed I asked to be able to keep the car until Monday morning also to compensate part of the hours of non-use referred to above and trusting in a benevolent acceptance of the request as I had hired the aforementioned car for the period of about a month. The answer was that I had to anticipate the delivery on Saturday or pay 100 and broken euros to be able to return the following day. Last but not least (so to speak), on Saturday at the time of return I am challenged to damage the front bumper right. for which I am not responsible. I therefore asked for the photos orodata together with the check-in card indicating the damage on the front bumper but to date I have not received a response. The moral of the story ... and the misadventure have been withdrawn € 250 on the credit card for alleged damage based on their word and without any objectively verifiable evidence.

For us it was a lifeline, we especially thank Mrs. Lucrezia for her intuition, courtesy and professionalism.

Without any doubt the best rental company in the city! The owner, like the rest of the staff, is very qualified, always available, flexible and ready to find the best solution for every need, meeting the customer. The vehicles are recent, clean and maintained in excellent condition. It is a pleasure to see you do your job with so much passion and in such a professional way, I recommend it to everyone !!
