I've had to go there to deal with some nonsensical bureaucracy and I've tried my best to sound polite and respectful but the attendant there was rude to me. I'm fine with their bureaucracy but you shouldn't have to be mistreated in the process. I wasn't there because I wanted to, and they aren't doing me any favor, in fact it's quite the opposite. I'll certainly have to return there so depending on the future experiences I might change this review, until then I'm sorry but even 1 star is a generous amount.

This morning the clerk at the counter was more than rude, I would say disrespectful. Fortunately, this is not always the case. I'm sorry not to have taken note of the name because due to these elements so boorish, the negative reviews fall on everyone.

One star is too much! Very rude, rude and not at all professional employees. A disappointment as always, now I have the anxiety when I have to enter this place, not to mention the slowness in doing the job.

Apart from a few exceptions I get along well with the staff especially with Monica. Having the bank Post many things I do from the ATM.

Luckily for me it happened a few times to find unprepared or rude people. Most of the time I found helpful and kind staff both in the office and at the counter. To wait, just check the most frequented times indicated on the front door. The only negative point for improvement is that hardly answer the phone, I suggest to specify a specific time for the appointment phone calls and info.
