I tried to call the landline number that comes up from the browser but nobody ever answers. I tried to call for several days, but never no answer. The postmen do not really come to deliver the packages, justifying that there was no one in the house, which is not true at all!

The service is invaluable as they have not been able to make a simple "recall" of a bank transfer. Fortunately, the other post offices in neighboring countries have humbler and more informed directors who have made themselves available and have managed to carry out this difficult and arduous operation.
