I wanted to put zero. Bad service at this post office. I hope the director will read this review. Yesterday in the late afternoon I went to this office to send a package, a return. Package packaged correctly and complete with return label, as per instructions. Well, the clerk told me that he could not accept this package, requiring unforeseen things and that I could not supply him. INCOMPETENT and DISINFORMED! I was forced to go this morning, in spite of myself, to a post office in Francavilla Fontana where a clerk, evidently very competent and informed, without asking me any questions or requests, accepted me regularly and sent the package, giving me a regular receipt.

Bad service! We waited almost an hour for 1 registered letter with 3 people before us and the staff in the meantime carried out operations and paid bills with no people physically present.

Bad experience I am mortified, more than one document has arrived that is important, work documents, you have sent them back, you are ashamed, and even the registered letters you are not able to do work properly, you suck

Everyone is friendly and polite. Very competent.

Bad service, I go on Saturday at 12.30 and find the door already closed, I ask to be able to enter and they tell me that they have already closed because they have an internal tag where they say they close at 12.35 pm when the site is specified to close at 1.00 pm
