The people were very friendly and helpful when we picked up and dropped off the car. I had to email the company as I did not receive my confirmation email on pick up and they responded same day. They responded to another query very quickly to. Very impressed.

Terrible service. Car although reserved was 2h late, we had to wait in the heat. No one available after 3pm to do car check, we were rushed out of the parking and at returned they mysteriously found some damage on the wheel. They actually went straight to the wheel almost knowing it was there. Sent us an invoice for 500eur for the scratch . This is the biggest scam we ever experienced with a car hire in Brindisi. Never again sixt.

Great experience again. We have used Sixt twice this year at Brindisi and intend to use them again in November (Covid allowing). Excellent service all round.

Accepted an upgrade offer at €9 per day, was charged €12. Hard sell on insurance I didn’t need. NoT offered a choice of currencies to pay so overcharged on exchange rates. Saving grace was a new car.

Client deception! Add extra options/amounts to invoice without your approval. I tried already to solve the issue with that department. No proper support from them. So SIXT leave me with no option but to take legal action. Because what SIXT have done is against European Consumer Law
