Goldcar

I experienced Goldcar in Brindisi and I am completely unhappy with it. The rental is not at the airport, but 5 minutes away from it. There is a minibus that bring you from the airport to the rental (I had to ask to the people at the airport for it because nobody advised me in advance), but it made us wait so long that we had to walk 15 minutes with the luggages to go there on the roadside with no sidewalks. There is no way to contact them by phone until you arrive at their parking and they finally give you a mobile phone number. We asked for a car and they gave us a different one. They charge you too much for eventual damages and reading other reviews I will have to wait a lot before having my money back. When I returned the car they made me wait 1 hour. I almost lost my way back to my region because of them. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend it at all.

Very nice staff, 1 star less cause a bit hard to find from the airport (in fact you are being picked up to get to the station about 5 min from the airport) and the insurance policy is not really well explained online. But on site the guy explained and was very honest and fri3ndy

Scammers!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Place to avoid if you don't wanna start and finish your holiday with the wrong foot. Worst service from the arrogant sales man. They find no matter how many reasons to take your money. Would give 5 stars if my intention was to be scam.
