Booked and payed on line, came with a different card to pick up the car, No attempt to help despite offer to upgrade with a second driver (card holder), absolutely rigid not helpful at all, Maggiore wanted to rehire the same car for 4 times the amount already payed on a new contract and forced us to take our loss. never again, STAY AWAY ! (other car rental in the same hall)

They are totally scammers. Be careful, at the desk they'll try to sell you additional policies (even though I had already got one). The car that was dirty and in poor conditions. I did NOT make a video of the car and foolishly took everything lightly. When i gave it back they charged me for a tiny spot that most likely was already there and I paid an absurd amount of money for the fine.

Absolute scammers, we were charged an extra £450. Avoid!!!

These guys are absolute scammers. They charged me twice for a rental and have refused to correct despite many calls emails which they do not reply to.

Be careful when a signature is asked for with no explanation on returning the car. I was billed for road tax even though it was a pre-paid all inclusive rate (inc taxes). After some effort it was refunded by Expedia (well done). A shame, but how am I expected to trust Maggiore again?
