unfortunately working in the neighborhood I often go to the post office. generally we see only absenteeism, favoritism, small talk, coffee, cigarettes and various purchases in the nearby supermarket. but today it was exceeded every say when at 13 the employee refused to send the fax for which I regularly had the number and I had made the queue saying that it was in closing. I repeat my opinion: PESSIMO

Practically impossible to find parking

Something must be done to make operations more fluid and immediate. I propose to either increase staff efficiency or increase it. But there is something wrong.

I will never understand the ratio of the algorithm that generates the numbers of waiting people. However the employees are very kind.
