There are too many people outside and 2 who work inside, to pay a bill you have to wait at least 1h30

Hours and hours calling and nobody answers. Very rude, arrogant and unavailable staff. To send a parcel I had to go to Delia's post because the girl who was at the post office after 1 hour and a half of waiting replied that she could not send me the parcel because she had no time since she had to give pensions and that I had to come back the following week.

The service is painful, because in this post office the counter is closed three times a week? While other post offices remain open?
