They solved the impossible! They personally mobilized by contacting the courier's office, and solving the problem (caused partially by me and partially by the sender). Perhaps the prices are not the cheapest on the market, but remember when you have a problem because they are mobilized to really care about the delivery of the package and above all about customer satisfaction.

A hallucinatory experience with Venetian post office counters a rude employee who is not very available. I had to send the package back to the sender because despite having the coupon left by their run (which didn't ring and left us the coupon directly in the mailbox) no. wanted to give me the package. Unprofessional

07/31/19 Addressed a registered letter but due to a misunderstanding (say between door-letters and receiver) I just received the avviso.Mi it took a call the next day and the mail was delivered to me at my home without action is also often lead to increased costs. I personally thank the owners who have promptly acted to resolve the problem. Efficiency and reliability are the prerogatives of their service
