I went one afternoon in which there were really a lot of people, I took my ticket and waited patiently for my turn to come. After a good 1 hour and a half, I go to the desk telling the operator what I needed and he replies "if only this could be done by the mobile post girl, go to her" and before she says anything she crushes the bang and to change the number on the screen. Not even a good morning, an "excuse me for waiting for nothing", only a "go to her" rude and rude. I must say that today, after having been to the post office many times, few employees of the San Donà office have found me to be polite and kind.
