I state that I was a customer for years .... Lately they have been running water everywhere The package left on 15.12. 2020 we haven't received it yet. The unprofessional lady who answers the phone is downright arrogant. The first 5 minutes of the phone call I had to wait for her to finish a private phone call with her grandson. I asked him to ask the courier or at least to understand what the delay of almost two weeks was due to. The answer was: "Madam, thank you that the other packages have arrived" I hope it will change management soon and that someone will arrive to take care of the customers. We will definitely change.

Shipment arrived on time as agreed. Too bad that, of the wooden tables of a table that I personally had disassembled to be shipped together with other personal effects, they did not all arrive at their destination. Furthermore, the individual wooden tables of the coffee table had not been packed and this meant that some screws and hooks of the same were lost during transport. When I turned to the managers for explanations, the first thing they answered was if I had forgotten to bring the wooden boards to their shipping center, with a lot of insistence and with rude tones. After that they assured me that they would look in their warehouse. Since then they have not made themselves heard. The table therefore arrived at its destination, but with missing pieces, which makes it unusable.

Professionalism, promptness, competence and kindness .. Faced with a transfer to another region could only trust the best! The staff takes care with great care of the preparation of packages, arriving at their destination undamaged and with great rapidity (1-2 working days)! Even the courier has always shown great kindness and flexibility, with the possibility of agreeing (again wherever possible) delivery! I recommend it highly!

I will no longer make any expeditions with this agency. In the first days of December, I send goods to Siena: the parcels arrive but some new and branded clothing is missing. In the end, after various contacts and vicissitudes, the legal department of Mail Boxes informs my lawyer that everything is normal for them. Looking at the shipping order they had made me sign in the agency, I find that the amount of 70 euros paid for the shipment was indicated in the order as the value of the goods.
