Staff disrespectful towards elderly people, I give my number to a person much older than me because hers was past and out of kindness I wanted to help her, the staff screaming defends the other people in line behind me because the lady had to redo the row. Disgusted.

Three doors open with the office full of people. In one counter the lady continues in splendid conversations with customers, in another counter the operator is constantly absent and in the third counter in addition to the simple operations .... she does other office things. I've been here for an hour and a half and I always see the same people waiting for new entries. It is a very crowded office.

The employees are very slow. I'm losing a whole morning and I can't go to work. And all this for the withdrawal of a parcel without a code.
