This post office the worst there is in Trapani, apart from that they are incompetent to do the service are rude, since I am Italian of origin Marochino the official who is dark-skinned like me did not want to do me the practice of the shopping card for my son who was born a week ago, he passed a lady before me without asking, and he is deceased, he works with the police, he doesn't need to take the turn like us !!!, he asked me his most original isee identity card is also the presence of my wife knowing that the applicant is me and you can ask the question of one of the parents. I am due to take my documents back to do this practice in another post office. Truly a shame for an Italian public body that people like these are found in 2019.

Personnel from fear, listless, slow and cumbersome in doing their job. Do not go to this office, I do not recommend it.
