Once upon a time I wanted to withdraw from my postepay and open a new one for my partner on a beautiful and sunny August day. Reached mail Marsala, take a ticket and wait. FINALLY my turn came, the cashier at the counter asks me kindly to let a person pass ahead for a technical problem; I do it and in the end I see another 2 pass by, I go to the counter and they tell me to pick up the number, as they had already skipped me, and to start the line again, all with my one year old daughter who, as would any child of that age, you get bored and squirming, crying for boredom ... I'm leaving outraged least he proposed to withdraw at the counter but I found out of order ... End Bottom line: avoid like the plague!
