A striking example of inefficiency. Specialty of the house, shared with every other post office, the paper that jams, and sends the station in tilt, plus the one on the side, whose operator is consulted for help. Two hours to open a postal passbook and not even an "sorry for waiting" from the person in charge of a completely different opinion instead the lady at the counter who did her best for the success of the operation despite the computers were very slow
