Little education. Bad service and poor knowledge of the procedures. Premises full of warnings scattered without an order. Employees without a minimum of interpersonal skills, very rude and pressurized. A real shame in this very well organized city.

1 star just because you need to. Third world service. Very slow staff to do even one operation. And they don't care if so many wait. Sometimes you see an active counter with ten people in a row and the others that run with cards and maps. And then they get lost in talk.

Just because you can't put zero stars! I just have to pick up a letter, the parcel reception / dispatch desk is closed. After an hour of waiting I kindly ask to be able to receive my registered letter, a matter of 2 minutes. They answer me in an unpleasant and arrogant way that I have to wait for my turn, they have to do citizenship income and residence permits, more or less half an hour per person. To get up and give me the recommended not! I am leaving my son, after an hour of waiting they tell him he is a minor and do not even give it to him with the proxy made by me. My husband goes the next day, early morning, an hour for him too ... cheers for mail via mail and parcels delivered by courier! You no longer need the post office!

very rude and slow Operators. Effrontery to no end. They meet in a less formal and absolutely inappropriate. There never go back
