Three stars because it can be improved, I would like to say that some of the employees at the counters should be more courteous and patient especially with older people, the tone can be moderate.

People who scratch themselves work there !! I was for a withdrawal but they did not do the operation because I was out of hours according to them, (40 minutes before closing) and you saw them beautiful beautiful scratching .... What a shame! And then if they complain if they are caught.

I share the following information regarding the FOLLOW ME service for correspondence if you change residence, it is a paid service that DOES NOT USE ANYTHING continue to deliver the mail to the old address with unpleasant delays and problems that arise ... a SHAME !!
