For all those who cannot wait and respect their shift, who only know how to complain, who do not know that on the 1st of the month they will FIND the row of poor pensioners, do us a favor, stay at your house, we would have one less in the row. P.S. to all the mail workers who deal with these RESISTANT people, sooner or later they too will become retired and then they will understand. Good job.

Very normal Italian post offices. I liked it better when inside was the department that sold the stationery and small gifts you could buy

Bad service. Operators unable to do their job. I was kicked out of the post office because they said it was a pension day. I do not think it is written anywhere that the first of the month, the office is open only for users who wish to withdraw their pension. Since I got in line with my number, I had to be treated like any customer. The fact that I am a young boy does not mean that he has less precedence than the others. There is a line for this. At this point it is shown outside the timetable and it is put in writing that the aforementioned office, the first of the month, is open only for certain groups of users and for certain operations at the counters.
