Today 18 August 2020 arrived at 11.15, with 3 counters open but then they become 1 since 1 was with customers for 1 hour and it was probably a long thing another I don't know he was doing and I asked to open the spertello and she replies that she was closing the door at 12.30 when I know it closes at 14. Staff at the counter very helpful and courteous but always endless lines! Very rude and rude manager!

The staff at the counter is also nice, but the postmen who carry the mail even 2 months late! More that I have to pay for having already overdue bills! For registered mail they do not even try to intercom, they leave the recipient's ticket absent (but I was at home) and you have to take leave to work to go and collect .... A suck!
