Highly incompetent workers, especially that of the last branch. Today 07.27.2020, at 1pm, I went to that place to find out if I can send a package to Ukraine, how much it would cost and how long it would take. That old lady said that "it is not a problem you can send it", so I bought the box and went back at 18:50 to send my package. When other employees asked me where to send the package, they said shipping to Ukraine is impossible. I asked why? They said they already had 2 packages before yesterday in Ukraine and they all returned, so mine are very likely to return too. Because of the incompetence and irresponsibility ... of that person to whom I asked for information this morning, I spent 2 hours of my time traveling on vehicles with a 15 kg package, in the heat. She must be fired or punished for incorrect information she provides to customers who PAY to receive a service

An absolutely opposite service compared to the headquarters in the city center, the office is much smaller but despite everything it is managed better

Outside door on sunny days NOT TO USE .. the curtain is useless..in the inside the operators at the counters are not only slow, they are very rude .. they chat among themselves leaving the customer at the mercy of events. Door to avoid. You should make a little tour towards the city center. I don't understand the criterion of the post office. They take their staff ...
