We received excellent service to repair our Audi A4 during our trip to Italy August 2019. The friction of the car broke down on the A14 highway which caused an emergency stop. The Euromec team operated effectively to transport the vehicle and our family to the garage, set a quick diagnosis of the issue, get the spare parts in and the 10 hour repair done in 24 hours.This allowed us to continue our journey home safely with just one day delay. One of the employees (Igor) speaks excellent English.

17 August 2020. A metal object hits and tears a tire of our BMW on the highway, we call the tow truck, which arrives after about an hour, and takes us to the nearest body shop. From 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm we wait, in vain, for our car to be repaired, since, given the period, unfortunately neither they nor anyone else within 50km had to replace our punctured wheel. Ergo, we have to wait until tomorrow. We are Telepass premium customers, however, the assistance cannot find us a hotel, so we make do and fortunately find a hotel 6 minutes away (5.3 km away from where we are). The body shop very kindly offered to give us a lift to the hotel, guaranteeing that they would come to pick us up the next day. In bad luck, we at least feel lucky ... Except that this morning (after waiting for an hour and a half in front of the hotel to wait for them to pick us up, as indicated by their telephone), when we went to collect the car, which was not at 11.45 still ready, we have a 700 € bill to pay. Aware that tire replacement was expensive, we note an item of € 85 on the invoice, as a transfer to the hotel, which the owners had "kindly offered" us. 85 € for 12 minutes by car, 10.6km. And even if, as Telepass premium customers, we would have been reimbursed, we clashed with the owner for this item not budgeted, but above all ethically incorrect and disproportionate for the journey traveled. So, as parents always say, before accepting passes from strangers, always make sure of their good intentions !!! And we also heard from the owner that we are starving.

Super efficient, they saved us the first day of vacation! We were on foot with the camper at 14, punctual and courteous rescue service, transported to their workshop at 12:40 on August 6 we left at 15 ... what to say thank you very much
