I had never had any problems with this rental station before. They have always been very accurate in checking the vehicle both on departure and on return and always rather courteous. However I cannot fail to point out a disservice immediately with the last rental. In front of a car delivered to me in another rental station in very bad cleaning conditions, this office has claimed the right without notice to charge me for the cleaning costs. All this despite the fact that I mentioned the problem both at the departure station and at the customer service and is well aware of this same rental office. The rental cost was then credited back to me centrally by the customer service with a lot of excuses but as a customer I felt strongly taken for a ride. I fear that in the future, where there is the possibility, I will use another supplier

Friendly and helpful staff. Car park equipped with new, clean and functional cars. Transparency of services offered and very affordable prices. I'll be back for sure !!!
