I can't understand why the Post Office is so slow. Surely it can't be because everyone goes there for a chat ! Mind you, organising a bank account was simple and efficient. But don't expect a phone call, email or sms when there is a problem ! They haven't gotten around to that yet....... maybe in another 40 years or so.

Arrived at the counter n1 with my caller (74) today at about 1.00 pm the lady at the counter (Rosalia) makes me jump over by another person and tells me to take the number back and re-queue, at the request to call the manager to communicate this misbehavior tells me that the manager is very busy.

Extremely slow office, some operators linger too much on futile personal discussions. In the slowness, also ascertained by the fact that there is only the possibility of "All operations", there are combined roughness and offensive attitude that aims willingly at the dignity of others. Of course it is not appropriate to make a bundle of grass, but the general judgment is very small.

Extreme slowness. Place of high quarrel between users of the service. The staff struggle to manage important numbers of users. In contrast, most of the staff are courteous (though not all).

Worthy of being central mail
